All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email support@gueroscaps.store and include your order number along with clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for review.
